You have a goal you want to work toward. Or people you want to help.
Now comes the practical question.
Start by understanding how the OW64 community works. Explore personal coaching if you want individual support. Or bring the process to a team or classroom you already lead.
You do not have to do all three. Start with the support that fits your next step. Learning about your options does not commit you to paid coaching or a community purchase.
A place to put your intentions into practice, share what you are learning, and encourage others doing the same.
You remain responsible for your goal. The community gives you a place to practice, reflect, and encourage others along the way.
Share the goal you want to work toward. Welcome others and encourage their commitment.
Share your developing plan. Ask questions about the focus areas, routines, and tasks that support your goal.
Share a picture and a short update showing what you practiced. Recognize others’ effort without judgment.
Ask for support and encourage others. Use the community’s permitted ways of connecting.
Identify the next three to five tasks you intend to complete during the day or week.
Review your Routine Checksheet. Reflect on consistency, what improved, and what needs adjusting.
Choose actions that help others. Make service part of your development.
Recognize effort and progress. Celebrate meaningful steps, not just finished goals.
Channel names and participation rules should be checked against the live app before launch. Youth participation and messaging permissions may differ from adult communities.
You do not need a perfect result to contribute. You need a willingness to practice and support others.
If you lead a group, model the participation you want to see. Share your own next actions, reflect on what you are learning, and recognize effort without turning someone else’s journey into a comparison.
Acknowledge what matters to them.
Recognize that they showed up
Listen and encourage their next step.
Share honestly, too.
Sometimes encouragement from a community is enough. Sometimes you want a dedicated person to talk with about your goal, your next actions, and what is getting in the way.
Start with a free 30-minute meeting with George Trachilis, the owner of the OW64 app. Share your aspirations, talk about where you want support, and identify the kind of coach you want and need. George will use that conversation to assign a coach to you.
A coach does not take responsibility for your goal. They help you keep returning to it with intention.

You already have people you want to help—a class of students, a sports team, or a group ready to connect their goals with practical action.
You want to use OW64 and coach them yourself. We will create a dedicated community for your group, giving you a shared setting for bringing the process into your teaching or coaching.
Community setup, access, support, and any associated costs will be discussed before you commit.
